In the event of any conflict between an individual offer's terms and these general Terms, the individual offer's terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion.

Cricket betting — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) markets — is subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the 399pak sportsbook. In-play markets close at defined points during play. Settlement of cricket bets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.
Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to 399pak support within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. 399pak's decision on all betting disputes shall be final, subject to the escalation process described in clause 14.
